It's too bad that I could only give 5 stars for my rating... Terri is a 10! My family is relocating to Chapin from California. Terri worked with me and my wife over the phone for a week before arriving, trying to balance our differing opinions on what we wanted. Upon arriving, Terri steered us towards the best schools and gave us tips and pointers that only someone as connected to the community as she is could know. Terri was with us every step of the way before, during, and after the sale -- even inviting us to stay at her home while we were living in a temporary rental. She even brought temporary furniture for us before our house sells in California. Above and beyond the call of duty! Additionally, she plays matchmaker in the community - bringing people with similar interests, families, and situations together for dinner. Again, beyond what is required... She wants you to feel at home in her community -- I can't recommend her enough!
